Maxexpress.com.au IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered.
Please Note: If you fail to provide the correct and complete shipping address, we will not be held liable for postage costs or additional product costs needed to full fill your order. If the incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer must pay the amount necessary to re-send the order.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping (delivery within Australia) starts at $12.00 for packages under $150, or is free for orders over $150. Your order will be shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post depending on which you have chosen and you will be issued a tracking number. Parcel Post usually takes 2-5 business days, and Express Post can take from 1-2 business days depending on the destination.
International Shipping
International packages are shipped via Australia Post, which takes 10-14 days to clear customs to most destinations. It includes end-to-end tracking.
During and post the Covid pandemic some countries are still reporting delays on International packages. The average number of days maybe longer because of this.
Customs Duty Fees
Please note that some countries charge customs duties or VAT taxes at the time of receipt. This is not collected, pre-paid, or determined by maxexpress.com.au in any way. Customs clearance can sometimes hold up packages.
Turnaround
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order during business hours of 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays within Victoria, Australia).
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, here you are given the option to proceed with the order or to cancel it.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will let you know and ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of your order.
